Delete your data

Pinned has no accounts, so there is no account to delete.

Your protocols, doses, inventory, measurements and photos are stored on your iPhone and nowhere else. We do not operate a server that holds your health data, so deleting it is entirely in your hands and takes effect immediately.

In the app

Open Settings → Clear local data. This erases every record Pinned holds — protocols, dose history, inventory, measurements, notes and progress photos. It cannot be undone, so export a backup first if you want to keep a copy.

By deleting the app

Removing Pinned from your iPhone deletes its data with it. Any encrypted backups you exported yourself remain wherever you saved them, and you control those.

What we hold, and how to erase it

Two things exist outside your device, neither of which identifies you:

• Purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat, tied to a random anonymous identifier and your Apple Account — never your health data. Subscription history is governed by Apple.
• Anonymous usage events, if you have left them enabled. Turn them off in Settings → Privacy → Share anonymous usage; this deletes the random identifier immediately, so nothing further can be associated with your device. Events are deleted automatically after 180 days.
