A peptide tracker for stacks, cycles and vials

Pinned is a peptide tracker for iPhone and iPad that records the protocol you already run. You set up a stack of several compounds, give it a schedule with on/off cycles, log each dose with its injection site, and follow every vial from dry powder to empty. It keeps the record; it does not suggest compounds or amounts.

How does Pinned hold a peptide stack?

A stack is a protocol with several compounds in it. You can run more than one protocol at a time, and the Overview lays out the scheduled records for all of them over the next seven days, with a count per protocol.

When a record is due, it appears on Home with a Record dose button, and the log keeps the exact time.

Can it follow on/off cycles?

Yes. Each schedule is built from a repeat pattern (daily, every set number of days, or chosen weekdays) plus an optional on/off cycle, set anywhere from 1 to 60 days on and 1 to 60 days off. A protocol you stop for a while can be paused, and one you have finished can be archived; its history stays in place either way.

How are dry and reconstituted vials tracked?

Supplies keeps two groups. Dry vials sit under raw materials with their amount and expiry date. Once reconstituted, a vial moves to ready to use and shows its concentration, the date to discard it and the amount left, which drops with each dose you log from it.

Diluent bottles and syringes are supplies as well, so the whole cabinet is in one list.

Can I check the syringe arithmetic?

The app's Calculator tab works from the vial amount and diluent volume you type and shows how it got there. In the browser, the reconstitution calculator turns those two numbers into the concentration in mg/mL and the mass in one U-100 unit; it proposes no number of its own.

What else sits beside the dose log?

Daily check-ins for energy, sleep, mood and symptoms, measurements such as weight and waist, and progress photos kept with your local record. If you use Apple Health, Pinned can read up to 30 days of supported data such as weight, sleep and steps, without writing anything back.

What Pinned leaves to you

Which compounds to run, where to get them, how much and for how long. Pinned “does not recommend compounds, doses, stacks, sources, or protocols,” in the app's own words, and the body map records the sites you used without choosing the next one.
