A TRT tracker for your injection log
Pinned is a TRT tracker for iPhone and iPad that keeps your injection log in one place. Each entry records the time, the route, the injection site on a body map and the vial it came from. Reminders follow the schedule you set, and a PDF or CSV export gives you a copy to share with whoever you choose.
What goes into each injection entry?
The time (change it if you are logging after the fact), the route, with IM and SubQ side by side, the vial, the amount you enter and the site. Entries you did not plan can be recorded too, so the log matches what actually happened.
How does the body map show where I last injected?
Front and back views mark sites such as the glutes, thighs, abdomen and upper arms. Each site you use gets a dot that fades as time passes, so the most recent sites stand out. Pinned records this history; it does not choose the next site or tell you how long to wait.
Which injection schedules can Pinned follow?
The schedule you already have. A protocol can repeat on chosen weekdays, daily, or every set number of days, and reminders on your iPhone let you log, snooze or skip straight from the notification.
How is a multi-dose vial tracked?
Add the vial with its concentration as printed, in mg/mL. Each injection you log from it lowers the amount left, and the vial shows the date you set to discard it, so you can see when the next one is needed.
Can I track lab results?
Not as lab results: Pinned has no section for blood tests. It records measurements such as weight, waist, blood pressure and glucose, and a daily check-in for energy, sleep, mood and symptoms, all shown in History by date.
How do I share the record with my clinician?
Use Export records in Settings and pick PDF, CSV, TXT or JSON. The file is created on your phone and goes only where you send it. Pinned itself has no account and no server copy of your log.
What Pinned does not do
It gives no medical advice. It “does not recommend compounds, doses, stacks, sources, or protocols,” as the app states, and it is not a substitute for the clinician who manages your treatment.
