Injection reminder app for the schedule you enter
A reminder utility for your own record, not a treatment instruction.
Pinned can schedule local iPhone reminders from the dates and times you enter. You can redact reminder details on the lock screen and log, snooze or skip from the notification. Pinned does not choose a schedule, recommend a treatment or confirm that an action is medically appropriate.
Start with a schedule you already have
A reminder is only as accurate as the record behind it. Enter the date, time and label you intend to remember, then read the next occurrence back before enabling notifications. Pinned uses those values; it does not create a treatment schedule for you.
If the underlying instruction changes, update the record rather than relying on an older notification. Questions about what should be scheduled belong with the licensed healthcare professional responsible for the treatment.
Keep reminder processing on the iPhone
Pinned schedules its reminder requests through the iPhone notification system. The product code creates local notification requests from the saved schedule; it does not need a Pinned account or a Pinned health-record server to deliver them.
Notification delivery still depends on iOS permissions and device settings. Focus modes, disabled alerts or a powered-off device can prevent a reminder from appearing, so a notification should not be treated as a safety guarantee.
Choose what appears on the lock screen
A reminder can be useful without naming a personal record in public. Pinned includes a privacy mode that replaces the detailed notification text with a neutral prompt on the lock screen.
Review the preview setting on the iPhone as well as the setting inside Pinned. Redacted wording limits what this notification displays; it does not remove every privacy risk from the device.
Use the notification as the start of a record action
Pinned registers notification actions to log the scheduled entry, snooze it or skip it. The resulting action belongs in the personal record so the next view reflects what you actually recorded, rather than assuming the reminder itself means something happened.
The product records the actions you choose; it does not assess symptoms, treatment effect, or clinical safety.
Pinned uses the schedule you enter and does not recommend a treatment, interval, amount or protocol. Nothing on this page is medical advice.
